Bill Hibbard Bill Hibbard Bill Hibbard is Business Director for 3M Optical Systems Division, a leading supplier of optical enhancement films for LCD displays. 3M's Vikuiti films enhance displays from LCD TVs to Handheld devices. Bill currently lives in Japan and oversees 3M's LCD business in Asia. Prior moving to Japan, Bill managed 3M's Touch Systems business in Europe and their Handheld business in the US. Over the last 22 years at 3M company, Bill supported the electronic display and telephony industries with new products and technologies.
